Dr. Alexia Harrigan is a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist based in Dallas, Texas. She received her bachelor's degree in Health Science, her Master's degree in Physical Therapy, and her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Loma Linda University in Loma Linda, California.

Over her 19+ years as a physical therapist, she has worked in a number of physical therapy settings honing her skills in treating orthopedic conditions, sports injuries, chronic pain management, oncology rehabilitation, women's health, and pelvic floor dysfunctions.
Her love for pelvic health began after delivering her 10 lb 1 oz son and experiencing pelvic floor physical therapy herself. She became a Certified Pelvic Health Physical Therapist after attending Texas Women's University in Dallas, Texas, and receiving her Post-Baccalaureate Certificate of Advanced Studies in Women's Health Physical Therapy. Since graduation, she has dedicated herself to diving more deeply into the incredible world of pelvic health by attending continuing education courses, and becoming certified as a Postpartum and Pregnancy Corrective Exercise Specialist and Holistic Manual Lymphatic Drainage Practitioner.
