Bringing a baby into the world is truly one of life’s most amazing adventures. It also puts intense strain on your body. Our physical therapists are experts in addressing the physical side of pregnancy, including pelvic health.
Working with a PT will help you build the strength and flexibility you need for a smoother birth experience and postpartum recovery. Aches, pains, pelvic floor issues, and incontinence are treatable, and you deserve to feel great physically.
Individualized support: Start with an initial evaluation, ideally in your second or third trimester, and build a plan that fits your lifestyle and physical needs for the best results.
In-person & virtual care: Between convenient Chicago-area studios and telehealth visits, our experts are always available to ensure you get the quality care you need.
Insurance coverage: Physical therapy is often covered by insurance. We’ll work with you to make sure you understand your options.
Our PTs are experts and can help with a wide set of needs - here's how they can help you.
We hand-select every team member to ensure top quality care. Each of our physical therapists has extensive training and hands-on experience treating the full spectrum of physical challenges, including pelvic floor dysfunction, back pain, sciatica, and more that arise during pregnancy and postpartum. Most of all, they have a passion for working with parents just like you.
