What our patients say

Truly a pro

“Ali is truly a pro. She understands my goals and needs, and she tailored our appointment to those goals. Without her, I would definitely be pushing myself too hard, too fast and risk injury. She is able to explain the method to me in a way that makes sense and encourages me that I will be running again, but the right way.”

Made a difference to my recovery

“Laura has been helpful and accommodating. We have done virtual and in-person meetings and after three sessions, I can really tell a difference in my strength and recovery.”
