Ari Limon

Ari Limon is a Full Spectrum doula based in Chicago, Illinois. Ari is passionate about uplifting marginalized communities and providing much needed support for their communities. They incorporate evidence-based practices and traditional knowledge in order to truly embody Full Spectrum care for every client. 

Ari has trained as a doula in San Diego, California and is currently working towards their Bachelor’s in Social Work, so they are well equipped with a wealth of knowledge and experience to provide supportive care and resources. They have spent most of their transitional youth working as a mentor for at-risk youth and have learned in depth about trauma-informed, culturally competent care through hands-on experience. As a queer disabled Mexican, they have personal experience navigating difficult circumstances and want to use their experiences to help and to connect with other minorities in need of support. 

Ari is always learning and bringing their best to their work as a doula and support person. They have strong leadership skills that allows them to advocate for others and have to ability to adapt to any situation.
