I became a mom 24 years ago and 22 years ago. It was an incredible moving and powerful experience for me. To be honest, I had no idea what I was doing when my daughters were born. What I did know is that "girls need girls" and this became my motto as my girls grew and left the nest. Honestly, I have the privilege and honor to support women in any way I can and that is why I like working in this space.
