Erin is a certified Postpartum Doula through ProDoula International.

While going through a transition in her own life, Erin realized that her experience as a yoga teacher and a veteran mom to a teen and a college student made her the perfect candidate to be the calm, supportive presence you need to find your ideal parenting rhythm. Her commitment to flexibility and nonjudgement will allow you to try the approaches that are best for you.

Having a baby is almost always a huge transition for new parents. Having a gentle but confident person by your side to support you can make all the difference in ensuring it’s a positive one. 

I am here to support the family as a unit. My hope is to help families transition to a new wonderful stage of life, that although is challenging is also immensely rewarding.
