Galilea Monterroso

Galilea Monterroso is a trained Postpartum Doula serving families throughout the DFW Metroplex. Currently completing her Postpartum Doula Certification through CAPPA, Galilea brings four years of full-time experience as a nanny in the Fort Worth area, where she has primarily focused on newborn and infant care. 

Galilea's practical support includes maintaining clean and organized common areas and baby spaces, handling light kitchen tasks like cleaning dishes, bottles, and pump parts, as well as caring for baby laundry. With a compassionate approach, Galilea offers educational support on basic breastfeeding techniques, formula feeding, and establishing feeding and sleep schedules to help parents feel confident and prepared.  

Her approach is centered on creating a judgment-free, supportive environment for all parents seeking both informational and emotional guidance.
