Kaylee Staine is a full-spectrum doula based in Schaumburg, Illinois, serving Chicago and its surrounding suburbs. She brings to her work a deep commitment to inclusive, evidence-based care and a calming presence rooted in both clinical and holistic health backgrounds. She strives to make families feel heard and informed in their decisions.
Kaylee is trained through DONA International and ProDoula and is CPR certified. Before transitioning fully into birth work, she served as a patient care technician in a community hospital and later as a medical assistant at a holistic pediatric office. These dual experiences shaped her well-rounded approach to doula care—bringing knowledge from both settings to provide fully holistic support. Kaylee is especially passionate about working with first-time parents, members of the BIPOC community and families going through fertility issues. She believes every birthing person deserves a safe, affirming space to feel empowered, informed, and heard.
In addition to her birth work, Kaylee enjoys reading, crocheting, and spending time with her close-knit, goofy family. She believes that the small, cozy moments matter—both in life and in birth—and strives to offer that same sense of comfort and connection to every family she walks alongside.
My hope for you is that you feel deeply seen, supported, and empowered in every decision you make. It’s an honor to support you during such a transformative time, and I’m here to hold space for whatever your journey looks like.
