Bio
Vasvija Tricic (Vee) is a certified postpartum doula based in Chicago, Illinois. Vee joined the Partum Health team around 2022 with a passion for supporting new families. Her dedication to nurturing and empowering parents is evident in her approach, which blends her extensive hands-on experience with a warm, compassionate touch.
With eight years of experience as a full-time nanny, Vee developed a deep understanding of family dynamics and the needs of newborns and young children. This knowledge was further complemented by her certification as an OBGYN nursing tech at a Swedish hospital, where she has worked for the past three years. In this role, Vee has gained experience in the newborn nursery and delivery rooms, enhancing her skills in providing specialized, attentive care to both mothers and infants.
Vee's sessions are characterized by her personalized care and her commitment to creating a supportive environment for families. Whether she is assisting in the delivery room or offering guidance and support as a doula, Vee’s clients can expect a professional yet warm experience. Outside of her professional commitments, Vee enjoys reading, doing puzzles, and spending time with her two beloved fur babies, reflecting her nurturing nature both at work and in her personal life.
